  • Free Updates: Your Pro purchase includes all minor and major updates within the 1.x product cycle.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Publicly distribute, share, lease, sell, or sublicense your license key or activation credentials.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary binary portions of LunaLux HDR, except to the extent permitted by applicable open-source third-party licenses.
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

LunaLux HDR is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we take pride in rigorous engineering and non-destructive image handling, we cannot guarantee error-free operation across all third-party camera hardware or future macOS updates.

In no event shall LunaLux HDR or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or photographic assets. We strongly recommend adhering to standard 3-2-1 backup practices for all raw camera storage media.
